General Manager – George Vumbaca

George commenced work at Jamesons as a Strata Manager in 1973 after completing an accounting degree at the University of New South Wales.
After 7 years of service, he bought the business from Jim Jameson who decided it was time to retire.
Now after 30 years as General Manager, George has built Jamesons to be one of the most respected names in the Strata Industry in New South Wales.
George notes " I never tire of the human element involved in my work that involves helping people of all ages and walks of life to enjoy community living"
Not only has George dedicated his time to the Strata community, he is a big believer in giving back to the wider community, and to this day, Jamesons, under his guidance, continues to give back to the community through charitable donations to a large number of charities Australia Wide. (See the community section for some of our favourite charities as well as George's walk of the Kokoda Track to raise money for charity).
George continues to be one of the drivers of change in the industry, he was a board member of the ISTM for over 5 years and is continuing to work with the ISTM to develop new strategies and regulations for the benefit of owners and strata managers alike.
