"I have been involved with the Management Committee of Strata Plan 46680 for a number of years, and have found their services to the committee quite effective and useful.

In the recent past, I have dealt primarily with Paul, and can say that his expertise and willingness to assist has been very refreshing. Paul is friendly and easy to deal with, and he seems to able to find a solution to even the most difficult of committee issues. I have encountered several Strata Managers in the recent past with my investment property, and while some have been good, none have come near Paul's standard. I have recommended him to that Management Committee, however the committee members have made other arrangements - not yet suitable I might add!

I sincerely hope that Paul continues to enjoy his work - it shows. His personality is ideally suited to customer contact, and while his job cannot possibly be pleasant every day, he still seems to be able to put a smile in his voice and treat you like you are his only customer for the day.
