Our Levy distribution and collection is included in the base management fee, so there are no extra costs for preparation or banking of levies.

We also offer a variety of ways for levies to be paid to ensure that your levies can be paid quickly and easily. These include:

Cheque
Cash
Savings or Credit Card
In person at our offices
At any Commonwealth Bank branch

We look after:

The issuing of levy notices to owners, prior to the due date of payment.
The collection and depositing of levy payments into the Strata Schemes bank account
The reporting on arrears of levies and contributions.
