Property Administration

Property Administration is an aspect of our service that we take great pride in. We provide quick, thorough and efficient services including:

Providing advice to the Owners Corporation and liaison with expert legal opinion where required.
Answering communications addressed to the Owners Corporation or the Executive Committee.
Affixing the common seal to any document as instructed by the Owners Corporation.
Perform the clerical functions involved in the implementation of the decisions made by the Owners
Corporation or the Executive Committee.
Preparation and submission of Section 109 certificates where required.
Maintenance of the Strata Roll, including section 118 Certificates
Notification to Owners, mortgagees and occupiers of decisions made by the Owners Corporation or the
Executive Committee
Making applications to the CTTT and any other board where required.
